Once your order has been packed and is ready to leave our facility, you will receive a notification email confirming the shipment.
2. Delivery Timeframes

After the transit process begins, the estimated delivery time is between 4 and 12 business days.

Important Note: Business days do not include weekends or public holidays. Shipping times are estimates and may occasionally vary due to external factors beyond our control, such as customs delays, severe weather, or courier peak seasons (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas).
3. Shipment Tracking

As soon as your package is dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email containing a Tracking ID and a direct link.

You can use this tracking information to monitor the progress and estimated arrival date of your package in real-time.
4. Delivery Address & Modifications

It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date shipping details at the time of purchase.

Address modifications can only be processed if the order has not yet been handed over to the shipping carrier. Once dispatched, we are unable to alter the destination.
