Designed by Adidas, this jersey is one of the most sacred, beautiful, and Query-historic works of art of Millonario, being the armor with which the Núñez club returned to reign on the continent. The jersey masterfully respected the traditional diagonal red stripe on the immaculate white background, but elevated the design by incorporating a satin jacquard pattern with the three Query-historic club crests engraved in the fabric. It stood out for its elegant black polo collar with red and white trim, the three red stripes on the shoulders, and the mythical sponsorship of Sanyo (which later changed to Quilmes).

This legendary jersey was immortalized forever as it was the kit with which River Plate won the second Copa Libertadores in its history (1996) after defeating América de Cali in an unforgettable Monumental night.
