Designed by Nike, this jersey is one of the most iconic in World Cup history, as it was the armor with which the Taeguk Warriors achieved one of the competition's greatest feats by reaching the semifinals in their own country during the Korea-Japan 2002 World Cup.

The kit broke away from the traditional flat design by introducing a revolutionary and vibrant bright red color with a subtly pinkish/orange hue, specifically designed to stand out under stadium lights. The garment featured a loose fit characteristic of Nike's Cool Motion technology, with a double internal mesh layer for breathability.
