Designed by Umbro, this jersey is one of the most beloved and nostalgic pieces for Goodison Park fans in the mid-nineties, remembered for sporting the golden FA Cup champions patch on the sleeves after the title won in 1995.

The shirt featured the club's traditional royal blue, but stood out for its striking and complex black and white polo collar, which included a crossover elastic knit panel with a geometric line pattern. The garment's great distinguishing feature was the subtle graphic pattern woven in jacquard throughout the fabric with the club crest and the initials "EFC" as a watermark, in addition to incorporating the iconic sponsorship of the electronics brand Danka on the chest.
