Designed by Adidas for the France '98 World Cup, this home shirt is one of the most remembered and beloved gems of the nineties, as it was the main kit with which the Bafana Bafana proudly debuted before the eyes of the world in a World Cup event.

The elastic featured a base of a deep and elegant bottle green, reversing the colors of the alternate kit. The design stood out for its fluid and asymmetrical lines, incorporating striking curved panels in white and golden yellow that originated from the sides and extended towards the sleeves, perfectly capturing the energy of the "Rainbow Nation".
