Designed by Adidas, this shirt broke the club's traditional schemes by opting for a bold and vibrant golden yellow color as its base, a clear nod to the strong Brazilian connection that the San Siro club has historically had. The design featured a modern cut with a fake pocket on the left chest housing the club's crest, dark green details on the collar and cuffs, the brand's three stripes on the shoulders, and the Fly Emirates sponsorship in the center. It was a very striking shirt from a transition season, worn on the field by figures such as the charismatic Mario Balotelli, the return of the idol Kaká, Japanese Keisuke Honda, Stephan El Shaarawy, and the tireless Nigel de Jong.
